My mission
As Manager of the e-commerce shop for Crédit Agricole employees, I am responsible for the back office. I take part in the choice and promotion of the wines, and manage the customer relationship, along with whatever crops up on a daily basis!

What inspires me
Knowing how to pass on my passion to satisfy customers. Listening, understanding, and providing support. And also bringing together, using my expertise, two exciting worlds: wine and e-commerce.

My mission
To monitor orders, from receipt to payment, and to manage administrative and customs formalities, inventories and logistics as rigorously as possible. I take particular care over the maintenance of long-term relationships with our stakeholders.

What inspires me
CA Grands Crus V&S is a dynamic company with a constant stream of new projects and ideas. It has shown an impressive capacity to adapt in the face of all the changes we currently face.

My mission
Coordinating with our suppliers the production of all the various labels, capsules, boxes and cases used in the packaging and presentation of our bottles. The keys to my job are planning, organization, stock management, logistics and meeting deadlines.

What inspires me
The trust that has developed over the years with our customers and suppliers, the opportunity to manage several properties, each with their own characteristics. There is something interesting, new, or unexpected, every day!

My mission
With my team, I ensure that the sales strategy adopted for each of the properties in Bordeaux is followed, working hand in hand with our partner wine merchants.

What inspires me
The diversity of the properties and the projects that are driven by “ambitious realism”. I particularly enjoy the interaction between production and distribution, especially the contact with the end consumer. These worlds come together around a shared passion: wine.

My mission
As the properties’ oenologist, my goal is to reveal the quintessence of each vineyard’s terroir. As Executive Director, I propose a strategy for each property and ensure its management with a view to achieving long-term sustainability. It is also important to me that each member of the team evolves professionally and develops their skills with each successive vintage.

What inspires me
Mounting new, ambitious, exciting projects, combining scientific rigour and intuition on a daily basis, knowing that the team at each property is proud of what they have achieved and are ready to rise to new challenges. Working with a living product!
